ROUGH IN FRAMES FOR DLE6 & DLE4 TRIMS

The DLE-ROUGHIN-FRAMES are designed to aid in installation of the DLE6 & DLE4 Downlights by providing a clear location for wire pull and to act as a cutting template after ceiling finish. It is suitable for use in residential and commercial applications.

Specifications

  • The Rough In Frame has heavy-gauge captive hanger bars providing greater stability. Position housing at any point within a 24” joist span.
    • DLE6-ROUGHIN-FRAME (9.25” x 7.00”) is also compatible with (6”) REL, RELS, RELS-R, REL6-UNV, CLR6
    • DLE4-ROUGHIN-FRAME (7.88” x 5.75”) is also compatible with (4") REL, RELS, RELS-R, DGD, DGC, DGF
  • Unique hanger bar lip design will help align frame to joist.
  • Four double-headed captive nails will provide for easier installation.
  • Reposition bars 90° on plaster frame by repositioning hanger bar brackets.
  • Bars fit onto T-bar spine for quick alignment allowing permanent securing.
  • Shorten bars using the score lines without tools to accommodate a 12” joist span.
