The NICOR Roughin Templates are designed for use with canless (remote driver) LED downlights. Engineered to streamline the roughin phase, it functions as both a precise cutting guide and a wiring location indicator, ensuring accurate placement with added support before drywall installation. Constructed from durable galvanized steel, these templates mount easily to ceiling joists or rafters and help maintain alignment across multiple fixtures. Available in multiple sizes to accommodate 2” through 8” downlights, as well as a multi-size option, the series enhances installation efficiency and consistency across a wide range of compatible NICOR fixtures.

Introducing the CDG LED Commercial Downlight System, a versatile lighting solution that combines modular design features with Selectable wattage/color temperature and wireless control technology. The galvanized steel frame features field-swappable mounting collars for both 4” and 6” trim reflectors available in multiple finishes. For retrofit applications, ditch the frame entirely and mount the trim directly via pre-installed retention clips. The remote junction box/driver is equipped with a hinged door for through-wiring and optional clips for effortless frame attachment. Standard field-adjustable optics produce a range of 36° to 60°, while the optional narrow optic spans 22° to 36° for a more focused light distribution. A wall wash lens can be added to either optic for refined directional lighting. The CDG operates at 120-277V with 0-10V dimming and a 12V accessory wire for Bluetooth control via the NICOR NLC app. Add 4W or 8W emergency backup for added safety and security. The EXL6 Series is a classic, robust design that offers self diagnostic testing and reporting. This UL924 compliant sign is constructed of a cast aluminum housing and faceplates. High output LEDs deliver an evenly illuminated exit sign and the maintenance-free, nickel-cadmium battery provides reliable performance and long life. The EXL6 Series offers flexible installation for surface ceiling, wall or end mount options along with field adjustable chevrons for universal configuration based on your application’s directional needs.
