The OPL4 pole series provides a durable and versatile foundation for outdoor area lighting installations. Available in both square and round profiles with mounting heights from 10Ft to 25Ft, OPL4 poles are manufactured from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel and feature reinforced hand-holes, galvanized anchor hardware, and a premium powder-coat finish. Multiple mounting configurations support a wide range of site lighting layouts, making the OPL4 an ideal solution for parking lots, campuses, pathways, and commercial outdoor environments.

- Pole shaft is from weldable grade cold rolled, commerical quality carbon steel tubing conforming to ASTM-A500 Grade B (11 guage)
- All welds conform to AWS D1.2 using ER70S-6 Electrodes
- Fine-textured powder coat finish
- Available in Bronze, White, or Black finish
- Custom finishes available with cost adder
Electrical
- Reinforced 3x5” hand-hole with cover 1.5Ft from base
- Stainless steel screws and back-bar
- Grounding Provision incorporating a tapped 1/2”- 13NC hole welded to frame
Installations
- Use bolt template and anchor bolts for an easier installation
- Mounting types: Tenon and Side drill mount
- Tenon mount available in 2.375”x 3” tenon length
- Side drill mount (see mounting drawings)
- 4x L-shaped steel anchor bolts, conformed to AASHTO M314-90 Grade 55 with 10-inch of threaded end galvanized per ASTM A153
