As NICOR continues to grow and expand our territory coverage, we are thrilled to introduce our newest Sales Manager! Please join us in welcoming Robert Kurt to the NICOR team! Robert has over 10 years of experience in the lighting industry, including lighting showroom management, electrical distribution, and two lighting representative agencies.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He obtained his LC (Lighting Certified) designation in 2019. His vast experience at many lighting industry levels gives him a unique perspective that he brings to the manufacturer level.

When he's away from work, Robert enjoys many hobbies, including gardening, winemaking, hunting, woodworking, community theater, and home improvement projects. He and his wife Erin, have four "mostly" adult children, a dog, and one spoiled house cat.
